What a crazy year has been so far hasn’t it?! It all started crazy in a sorta of a good way, then in the midst of it all three months in the year or so, everything went to crap for some, and for others went well. Having to stay home with the pets it was all great for some of us. I loved it, when I got to stay home with my dogs, but in the biggening it was just kinda like hell, because it was just my boyfriend at the time working, at the time I was working a the casino, The Plaza. One of my coworkers his year it started okish in some kind of ok. I was taking care of his girlfriend and kids dog at the time. Oh my goodness what such a good girl she was (the dog) her name is Mistik, what a sweet girl she was when I was taking care of her.... Anyway his and his family’s year started good but crappy in a way, they ended up living in a hotel for a little while, and thats why I was taking care of their dog. Which I didn’t mind, I loved the dang it dog, she was such a sweet sweet good girl, and she and my dog got along good, they both ended up having puppies.
Anyway, after me and my coworkers were told that they were going to shut down the casino & hotel for a while, because the whole COVID-19 shit thing, it all went to shit.. First before everything shit down and all, damn toilet paper was gone everywhere, even at the 99¢ store. People where freaking out over some damn fucking toilet paper, TILET PAPER!!!! What the hell was the damn toilet paper going to do other than wiping their ass, really because thats all that toilet paper does aside from blowing your nose when you need to, but all and foremost what it damn does is just wipe your ass clean, other than than nothing much. After the whole toilet paper situation, other shit that was starting to be gone from shelves, was cleaning supplies, such as bleach, alcohol FREAKING ALCHOHOL!! Soap and water does just as well, specially washing your hands with damn soap and damn water, how hard is that to do out there you nasty people that never bother washing your damn hands after using the damn restroom or wiping your ass, and you wonder why you always get sick?? But anyway, thats how it all started. After the whole bleach and alcohol being gone from shelves and getting limited by stores from buying too much, freaking candles, and air fresheners being gone, as well as this other shit to make the house look and smell nice. How!! Why!! Who the fuck is going to come to your damn house on quarantine!! NO ONE! Bro no one is going to come to your house on quarantine at all, other than your damn kids making a damn mess all over your house, because your lazy ass, dont want to teach shit to them since you had them with you 24/7 why dont you teach your child something useful that they may use outside of school other than what the teacher can provide at school. Teach your child, how to change the oil on the car, perhaps to cook that special dish they love when you cook it, so when they know how to cook it, perhaps when they go off to college they may cook it how you cooked it for them. Or maybe how to get better at something they were having difficulty at, like reading if they had difficulty at it, or how to express them selves by talking out their frustrations or something. Or even doing arts and crafts with them, maybe teaching them how to sow that dress or suit they’ve had an eye on, but with their own twist and touches to make it custom, or up cycling their clothes. If you have a dog or puppy why not take the time to get closer to them maybe even teaching them a new trick, or potty train them, bonding together, along with your fur ball or child or maybe even both if you have a dog/puppy and a child. Getting simple arts and crafts things from the dollar store, and also being on a budget is always the perfect idea to get your child busy and artsy for a little while.
Yes for most of us the year started rough even a bit rougher when everything closed down, and we where all on quarantine and the whole social distancing thing, which isn’t that bad when you follow the rules and wash your hands with warm water and soap, instead of alcohol all the time, because alcohol ain’t much when you dont wash your hands at all. But anyway, I was glad my boyfriend what’s there when the casino closed down for a while, since he was considered “essential” worker, and he was the one who was able to pay for rent and get food when he was able to, even going to the food pantries even me going along with him or helping him carry all the shit when he went to get all that stuff. Which helped us when that whole situation was going on. I was the one who did the cooking, and the cleaning and everything else, that needed to be done at home, since I was out of work and all. I just hope next year starts on a good note for everyone, and this whole mask wearing gets to be over and done with soon, mean time the whole social distancing stays which should had been going on since long time ago.
Right now I just hope my exboyfriend is well and safe with family, and is happy being back with them. I know he missed his family so dearly much. I do hope he is and stays well and is happy with them I wish them all the best.
