Hello everyone! I've never really done anything like this before, so here we go. Today I'll be showing and talking about what I carry in my backpack or bag, so let's get to it! Yeah?!
This wonder woman make up bag I use it to carry flavored water powders, different flavors, some are hydration, some are energy, and others are just flavors that I can pick and choose from. I also carry some candy in there as well, just in case my blood sugar is dropping or just in case, I also like to have gum packs in there for the you never know time. As you can see in the picture, I also carry single hand/face wipes just because you never know the circumstances, specially since living in Las Vegas gets extremely hot. The wipes help me feel fresh and clean and not so sweaty, and the fact that they smell good!! I like it!
Now since I use the bus/public transportation I like to carry a battery like this one on the picture. I like that this one is solar and works just as well if not better than anyone out there. I like that I can hang it on my pants where the belt goes through, so the sun can hit it and charge it. Either way, portable phone chargers help a lot, in my opinion. Specially if you do not drive, or have anywhere your able to charge your phone, it comes in handy.
Now, as you can see I carry a small medical bag. It's not big as others are. It's enough big for what I need.it fits my insulin vials, syringes and the monitor to check my blood sugar with. And of course medication for my mental illness. I don't mind carrying vials or syringes because it's a hassle. In regards to going back to the continues glucose meter and insulin pump. But anyway, this in part on why I carry candy in the wonder woman bag.
I am currently reading this Harry Potter book the Sorcerer Stone. I remember when my second or third grade teacher was reading this book to us. This was back in 1997/8, the school had also made a party in regards to the book. It was amazing!! Also I remember when the movie came out my mom took me to watch it at the movies. If I'm not mistaken this was back in 2000/1?! I was around 10 or 11 years old at that time. Now since I have not watched Deathly Hollows part 1 & 2. I think I may have to wait until I am done reading the series specially Deathly Hollows, before I watch the movie. I cannot wait to read all the book# in the series!
Now a planner and a binder?! Now why would I carry this with me even though I work at a gas station?! I do because I I'm some way like to keep things 'organized' or at least I try to I'm some way. And the planner because I sometimes remember appointments and I have the planner in handy to write it down, or at times I get calls from my lawyer in regards to the accident I had about three years ago now, I think I talked to you guys about it. But anyway he calls and at times he wants to schedule a meeting or such and now that I have the planner I can wippe it out of my backpack and write it down.
And now this paper work, from when I got attacked physically by a homeless guy last Thursday. He punched me on my face just because I had asked him to leave the property. I'm glad that work has cameras and we're able to record everything, including audio! I did press charges. I got a broken/fractured nose. Which Im glad that's all I got out of that.
Of course you cannot forget the hand sanitizer and hand cream! I tend to carry at least two hand sanitizers and one or two hand creams, since I tend to was my hands often and sanitize after washing my hands, they get so dried it's good to get lotion on so they don't get ashy and scratchy.
Also you cannot forget a hair brush, earphones and perfume! I like to brush my hair throughout the day specially when I don't wear it up, I dislike having my hair knotted, and perfume because dislike smelling like sweat specially after work, at times I put perfume on before work. I like to smell good. The earphones because I ride public transportation to and from work..I like to listen to music or an audio book on the way.
I carry pain medicine and vitamins. Painkillers for headaches or if and when I get my pero unexpectedly and the cramps start and having to deal with that horrendous pain! Specially when I'm at work!! The energy pills because at times I need a boost of energy throughout the day. Anti blotting pills because at times I feel bloated specially during my period days, it's uncomfortable...
Two first aid kits because you never know when you'll need it. I have bandaids, ointments, gauze and some allergy medicine. I rath carry this and not need them than need them and not have them. Also, because I work with guys, these weirdos always get cuts or some dumb thing. So yeah! It's mostly why I have them, at times some of my customers get cut and I hand them a bandaid and such. I rather come to the rescue in some way cuz why not right!?
I carry sunscreen and a cooling facial stick, because I live in Las Vegas it gets horrendously hot, I have to have sunscreen and run it on wherever I am, and the facial cooling stick to help me stay cool. I like to stay safe as much as I can you know...
And last but not least this is the backpack I am carrying at the moment. It is not so big but it works to carry what I need.
